Dear John ;

I agree with everyting you said that I did not comment on , and you said alot of things on this website . And even then my comments are more in the direction of finding out rather than real and strong disagreement . Your style of presenting the mindfulness training have captured me from the first moment I stumbled upon this website . Your description of the world of light and shadows in our consciousness in your first kindergarten lesson on mindfulness was like a breath of fresh air for me . To me , you seem to make the training more experiencial , more hands--on , and less general and hazy ..... The rest of the lessons ( in blue) were just as wholesome as the first . I am looking forward for the rest of the lessons in black to appear in blue .
