I hope you continue regaining your strength.
The universe has currently thrown me a 'whopper'. My 19 yr. old son,
Andrew has an illness - whether it is mental or emotional or both we are
still seeking help to find this out.
It is a good time to watch my mind - I alternate between extreme sadness
because I can't 'fix' him and hope and trust that the future holds
promise.
About the note I am expert. Mine are usually written hurriedly at
traffic lights on the way to school when the forgotten assignment is
suddenly remembered etc. etc. You should be able to get away with
something like ...."I was so immersed in the present moment...."
