Hi, Suz ,

thanx for the welcome, apologies & the rest... I enjoy the lessons,
but even more the experimenting itself - I love those little internal
arguments between essence and personality that go on every time I'm
about to do anything that smells of a typical personality reaction. My
'beginner's wonder' is not so much about mindfullness - which is not
new to me, but more about the fact that some things we actually like
about our behavior, or readily rationalize, are the ones which cause us
most misfortune. Even before I've been more or less conscious of my
'personality' behavior, but In his description of types, the Coach
presented a picture of each personality type in a way that really made
me think about certain aspects of it that I used to consider
'normal','ok' or 'uniquely mine', so I decided to experiment, and see
what happens, and what more I can discover about myself.
Be well.
Lydia
