Welcome to our little "bunch" of fools. I can't help feeling much
empathy for you and your situation as I myself have been living in hell
for so long that I think that our martyr side must somehow enjoy the
pain and suffering. I yearn to be my authentic self also....but somehow
can't seem to do what it takes...I have all the rhetoric down on this
mindfulness experiment...but it seems to allude me when it would be
most beneficial. I have been very depressed and even contemplated
suicide as the only solution....Much like Douglas post....(Hi Doug!) I
feel like the Fool....and wish that maybe coach can fill us
in....psychiatrically speaking....as to how one can live with all
the "button-pushers" without giving up the ship, as i am tired of
trying myself. Hang in there, is all the advice I can offer....and
keep coming back and learn all you can. John is a gem...
