Hi Jeff~
Thanks,as usual,for your observations. Sometimes I want to throw
the newborn Buddah out with the bath water....that's all! lol I am in
need of getting back in shape also...physically as well as mentally. I
am going to make the time to work-out for ME,,, and just in time for
Thanksgiving.(I promise no turkey stories this year!)
