Hi Coach & All:

I'm not sure about an apology to the class. I found the post
interesting enough to forward it to my wife.

The person was looking for info. did not mind it(the problem/reply)
being posted on the net so I'm not sure what the problem is. I don't
mind.

We all have egos and sometimes they want to show off. If ego and
personality didn't act up this class might be a little pointless. I
think that Maslow's heirarchy of needs comes in here somewhere.

For me their is a definite order in the needs/desires. If I can not
fill my basic needs such as resting properly, then being mindful is
much harder. I may "need" to do some shopping, but what "price" am I
really willing to pay. To sacrifice my need for sleep I am much more
likely to open the lid on the ego box, and look out.

that seems to be a unanimous rebuke. The silence is deafening.

homework.

I would suggest the above link again. For myself sometimes it takes me
awhile to read & reread posts, before I put my 2 cents in. Sometimes I
just need to take a break and do nothing...

Take care, Jeff
