after long time with some +ves & some ?'s Posted by ninad on December 05, 1999 at 12:07:08:
hi
First of all I want to say BIG SORRY
What happened was when i read your mail messege even after that I could
not get who sally is?I am really sorry again.Honestly I take this as eg.
of mindlessness.Today when I gone to classroom I saw the word sally. It
remined me somthig I opened my mail box again saw the word
"kindergarden" Surprisingly,In my first 2-3 readings I had not
understood this word.
Secondly, I am new to this all things.I am understandly now what the
word classroom meant?
Now coming to my expirience on mindfulness
1 In first 2-3 times what was happening is that when ever i wake up i
guess i was doing the same things that i was duing earlier.that is when
ever i saw my key i put that key in some safe place. But then i ferget
about that safe place!!!I found out solution that now i keep the key
every time in my right pocket.Somtimes even that not happens perhaps
then now i do remember and recall at times where i put the key.today
morning when i was leaving for my class.i was knowing that as i was
going the key was on the desk then i saw there it was not there then i
asked my father that i had put key on the desk.
he told me that as i had not lost key for many days he taken the key to
make fun!!
he is unknown about the my real key behind this
2. i had comments for being perticular that is managing things in right
form.
also people are surprising on seeing me ontime for lecture and
many events
BUT DOING THIS I observed somthings I am not able to improve like
1 while talking with people i get into loop of thought, somtimes i know i
want to say this but go on thinking on that.thus people go on talking
maor and more.
2 i am really not able to talk with girls even in my class.you may get
surprised but as i have not done it before it's going very difficult for
me.what i mean of the word talk is that "could not talk more than 5
minutes"
thanks a lot
