good holiday!

I just wanted to say that I hope everyone had a happy time this holiday, learned something?had a breakthrough?or
at least had a sense of peace at some point!I confess I had a wonderful, guilt free time and enjoyed myself
immensely and now face the task of putting christmas away for another year. The coming year should be
interesting for all mankind and must say that I have felt heartbroken and actually another type of guilt as of late
with the floods in Central America, the wind storms sweeping Europe,hi-jackings and all the other bad news
hitting this holiday season but the guilt is the kind where it becomes hard to fathom or understand in my tranquil
environment that so much suffering could be going on in the world and feel pity for those undergoing such
hardships, but am oh so thankful for being where I am and avoiding it all and of course wonder what I could do to
help besides donating food and clothes?
Guilt takes a backseat to just being truly thankful that my life is actually wonderful and try not to make a big deal
out of small things when in the back of my mind knowing all those in dire circumstances are out there and
realizing things could be so much worse and just be greatful we have it so good here ,at home on the ranch with
the snow on the trees the horses sleeping with full bellies, the fire in the corner food in the frig, quiet and most of
all what the whole world strives for,PEACE!
I thank the Great Spirit!
love
Suz
