Bruce: Like any first attempt at ANYTHING the movement looks
controlled, forced -- too structured. That is so in practice of music,
sports and even learning to walk or talk.. it is a learning stage. Not
fake but NEW and not yet assimilated. The irony for me is that
mindfulness should NEVER be assimilated else it becomes ordinary. But
with time the edges are softened with time and experience and practice.
The movement becomes refined -- with time space and knowledge.
