Hi John, first.. you will NEVER know how very insightful it was of you
to have used a metaphoric model of a train to "call me" to task. A
train has an incredible significants in the ANGER that I am "stuck"
on. I cannot go into detail about this here but you have hit the nail
on the head so to speak!!! Incredible how these "coincidences" occur
in mindfulness interactions.. almost an intuition feel to this.

I will sit with all of this like a brick in my lap for a few hours
