I'm in and out of class quickly here, after two over-nights at the ranch. Got to get some sleep during the day today.
Thanks for your efforts in this, Pauline. Mind you, I'm trying to figure out how to do this exercise, too, as we proceed along here. You're right that
I'm looking for things that are tangible and measureable. You already seem like "a spiritual person" to me. "Being a more spiritual person" could be
measureable. For instance:
Question 2:
What would be clearly different about you in December as compared to now, if you were a more spiritual person by then than you are now?
Question 3:
What is the main thing that's going on in your own life now that limits your peace of mind?
(Again, focus on what's happening with you, please, instead of focusing on others.)
Question 4:
Regarding that group of people you'd like to have as "a network of companionship and support" . . . . . what would you be getting from that group of
people in terms of "support," specifically?
(Go ahead! Speak up about this. Transcend "shyness." We're all friends here—potentially so. There's nothing inappropriate about reaching out to
others for support.)
Toodle pip,
Coach
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ...........................
P.S. I'm not ignoring other conversations on the board while I'm doing this thread with Pauline. Hopefully I'll get to commenting on everything, in
due time.
