No, seriously though time is a strong element of this worldly
dimension. Self-esteem if not established very early in life through
highly conscious adult influences, (which I’m personally convinced
are “extremely” rare instances) seem to require a considerable amount
of conscious effort on the individuals part after personality has
somewhat substantially been developed. Don’t hurry, don’t worry, and
don’t forget to smell the flowers. In short be awake to the present
(eternal) moment, which implies “living” soberly mindful of your
experiences while enjoying (your) being.
