)About the conflict- I spoke with my guru about it also and he said
that he also teaches us in situations when negative emotions arise to
stay calm, and focus on the positive, not fight the anger, jealousy etc
but accept it, stay focused and aware and turn to light.
I had problems with seeing to much bad in my all the time and this
discouraged me to continue my mindfulness practice. But I'm on the Path
again, with new forces.
