Last night at a session of my "The Tangled Triangle" course, the tutor
mentioned integrity with self......being honest with oneself.
Evidently the origins of the word includes the sense of 'being without
fish hooks'. This struck me as wonderful also. I can be in an
interaction and be conscious of whether or not I am been 'hooked-in'
emotionally, or whether I am hungrily 'baiting' them for their flesh.

I'll see how I go today !!!
