Jealousy.
Posted by Eon on May 21, 2002 at 01:23:14:

Hi Coach and Class,

The experiential sensation of jealousy is hot flashes in face and
hands, torso torqued and twisted away.

Please explain and clarify this body sensations 'cos I often feel
jealous - and I want to learn to process this feeling.

When the situation comes - I feel like I want to get out of my skin and
disappear, I close myself and blame my girlfriend (I think she doesn't
love me). I am blocked and think I am unworthy. Etc.

How can I stay calm and see it for what it is ..jealousy?

Eon

I think I told you my girlfriend and I are experimenting with tantra so
you can guess why I ask this question.
