Speaking "truth" and choosing

Hi all
I walk the canyon most mornings and muse. I organized these musings
by writing. It’s my way of working things through.
Pauline, I was struck by your posting about speaking the truth. When
I spoke the truth to my loved one in a way designed to hurt her I did
so from my Judge by saying, “I feel this because of you.” Coach has
always been for the truth spoken authentically. Though all the blame,
tears, guilt, and remorse, etc., I had never spoken the truth
authentically, even to myself!!! The truth is, “I feel this.” I
hadn’t owned the feeling because it is revealing and not in keeping
with my image. Today, I begin work to own my truth. Thanks Pauline
for speaking up.
Rob and Coach what great examples you give of choosing. I continue
with my experiment of choosing cheerfulness.
