Hello Deirdre, (are you Irish?)
"The road to darkness is a journey, not a light-switch."
-- Lex Luthor in "Smallville"
I got the above quote and following email recently
>>>It still often amazes me the ways and places that 'life' chooses to
speak to me.
Yes, the road to darkness is a journey, the self same path leads both
to separation from God into darkness, and leads back to God, Oneness,
light and truth.
And in each and every instant we make a choice which way to face, and
whether to take a step away, or a step toward. Each step is a thought
in our mind. As we think, so do we progress in the direction of our
thought. >>>>>>
I also found the quotes below recently :-
"We meet ourselves time and time again in a thousand disguises on the
path of life."--Carl Jung
Always Remember two laws.
One: What seems to happen to you, you have asked for and have
received exactly as you have asked. There is a Lesson that you would
learn from it.
Two: IYSIYGI,
If You Spot It, You Got It,
literally means, as Carl Jung says, people are mirrors for us, and how
we see and think of them, we are always seeing and speaking of ourself
in one form or another.
This has powerful implications.
take care,
Pauline.
