Hi there everyone:

It's been a long day for me, and I'm feeling a bit too tired to write
much on guilt (which I'd great at) plus, I'm in a bit of pain as I've
pulled a muscle in my back, and I can’t seem to get comfortable in this
chair. And, at the same time, I am thrilled by this last posting about
the writing department. I love the idea of having a place to post work
to THIS group and having it read. I know it will provide motivation for
me to get work done, inspiration to have the opportunity for such
thoughtful people to read the work, and a great method for being
organized about the writing. It is different than classroom talk which
is more of a conversation, writing space seems more like a workshop or
a roundtable. Anyway, I love the idea and I’d be eager to be part of
it.

Now the hard part, have to really start the work of writing. Reading
now mostly. It is so much easier.

I spent the afternoon with family and friends on the beach in
Marblehead. It was cloudy and quite cool, but I felt surrounded by the
warmth of a wonderful community. I wish you all could have been there.
This community is becoming more and more dear to me.

Happy trails,

Rob
