Hi all:

Thanks for the posting coach. I did meet with the lawyer and decided to
go to the hearing because I was involved in the matter. And then, of
course, the faculty member who didn't show up to class, didn't show up
for the hearing. In the end, I didn't have to testify, and the Dean
felt like I was being supportive.

Funny how things turn.
