Need to know more

Hi all.

i live way across the water in Ireland and very interested in learning
more about Mindfulness, its theoritical underpinnings and the actual
clinical skills. I am a cognitive behavioural therapist and beleive
utilising this technique would be very beneficial in my work. Any
comments and notes of information and especially personal experiences
welcome
